Eden yoga club is happening – Every Saturday at Hyde & Son, George Street. Mats are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Free of charge, the class is led by originally trained yoga teacher Lauren Bryden. Lauren performed as a classical ballet dancer with the royal ballet in London and has since hanged up her pointe shoes to take off her career as a yoga instructor.
